Aviation Maintenance

The Aviation Maintenance Technology Program is offered at the Vincennes University Aviation Technology Center at the Indianapolis International Airport. This program is offered as a partnership between Blue River Career Programs and Vincennes University. The program is a two semesters in length and meets Monday-Friday at an established time and location. Students earn a total of 16 college credits for the year upon meeting the Vincennes University and Federal Aviation Administrations (FAA) standards.
Excellent attendance is expected and is required by the F.A.A.

AMNT 102: General Aviation Maintenance4 credit hours
AMNT 104: Introduction to Electricity 4 credit hours
AMNT 106: Materials, Processes and Welding 4 credit hours

Cost:
Students are expected to purchase some basic hand tools and materials. Most of the cost of tuition is paid by BRCP. Total cost to student, approximately $600.00.
